The International Cricket Council ICC has announced the schedule of warm-up matches for all the 16 teams who are participating in the T20 World Cup T20 in Australia on September 8 Thursday. All the teams now know their warm-up matches schedule with other teams.

ICC T20 World Cup 2022 Warm-Up Matches Schedule Details

ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 Warm-Up Matches Schedule Announced:

The first warm-up match of the T20 World Cup 2022 will be played between West Indies and UAE on 10th October. This match will be played in Junction Oval in Australia.

The second match will be played between Scotland and Netherlands. After Scotland and Netherlands match, Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka will come into action in the warm-up match and compete with each other.

These three warm-up matches will be very exciting. After Sri Lanka versus Zimbabwe on 11th October, Namibia and Ireland will face each other in MCG Melbourne at 2:30 pm.

The next match will be played between West Indies and the Netherlands. After that Zimbabwe and Namibia will compete with each other. Zimbabwe and Namibia will face each other at 6:30 a.m. on the 13th of October.

Also at 10:30 a.m. on the same day, Sri Lanka and Ireland will play against each other. And at 2:30 p.m. Scotland and UAE will also play against each other.

Break: Next Warm-Up Matches:

After that match, there will be a break for 4 days and on 17th October there are 4 warm-up matches. The first match will be played between Australia and India at 9:30 a.m. At 9:30 p.m.

New Zealand and South Africa will also compete with each other in Allen Borderfield Brisbane. At 1:30 p.m. there will be two matches which are between England and Pakistan and Afghanistan and Bangladesh at two different venues.

The next warm-up match will be played between Pakistan and Afghanistan on 19th October at 8:30 a.m. and Bangladesh and South Africa will also play against each other on 19th October at 1:30 p.m.

The last warm-up match will also be played on 19th October between New Zealand and India. In the schedule of warm-up matches for T20 world Cup 2022, all teams will not play matches from all other teams. There are a specific number of matches in which all the teams play like Australia will play only one warm-up match and England and also play only one warm-up match with Pakistan.

The Gabba Stadium is located in Brisbane. It holds 42,000 people in the stadium.

Kardinia Park is located in Geelong. It holds a total of 34,000 people.

Bellerive Oval Stadium is present in Hobart, Australia. A total of 20,000 people can be occupied in this stadium.

Perth Stadium is located in Perth. It has a capacity of holding 60,000 people.
