Before the PCB declared the Reserve Price and opened the sealed financial offers, bidders were asked whether they had any additional issues or objections. ARY and its representative PTVC’s noted that their financial offer, as specified in the earlier submitted Financial Proposal document, was for one year. It was requested that its value be considered doubled before the financial offers could be opened. At this late stage, the PCB told the ARY/PTVC representative that a verbal request for alterations to the sealed financial proposal would not be accepted. As a result, the request was denied, and the bidders agreed with this judgment.
Broadcasting Rights to the PSL 7 Production:
